Key Features - Designed for 1999–2003 Vortec retrofits - Intended for older muscle cars, street rods, or newer non-emissions-controlled vehicles - Plug-and-play connections require switched power, constant power, and ground - Allows the PCM to be installed underneath the dash with a sliding grommet seal - Uses GM/Delphi connectors and TXL cross-linked polyethylene high-temperature wire - Does not include air pump or EGR provisions; PCM VATS removal is required Fitment Notes For non-emissions-equipped vehicles.
